Returns & Exchanges
We are sad that you are not in love with your purchase! To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any scents, hair or stains & in the original condition that they are received. All Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend that you hang on to return tracking info, as a precaution, as we are not liable for return items lost in transit.
All items are inspected before shipment, but If you notice a damage we have overlooked, notify us via e-mail (email@example.com) with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another box for shipping to protect the shoebox. If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.
All Accessories, Scarves, Hats, Jewelry, Bralettes, Leggings & Bundle Purchases are Final Sale.
All Items discounted 50% or more will be Final Sale.

No Exchanges or Refunds on these items.
Even exchanges for size are available within 14 Days Of Delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the size you would like to exchange for so we can place it on hold for you. Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to be eligible.
If you are interested in DIFFERENT item exchanges, we will issue you a credit for the item you are returning to which then you can place an order for the new desired item.
Refund By Online Credit
If a return is postmarked within 14 days of delivery it qualifies for the option of online credit. An online gift card will be sent for the amount of the returned products to the e-mail on file for the order. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to be eligible.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2 business days, so long as your package meets the criteria above.
If for some reason you miss a discount at checkout, we will honor the adjustment within 48 hours of purchase. After this time frame, no adjustments will be made to prior sales. An Email can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to justify any issues.
