We offer $25 standard international shipping (4-6 weeks.) If you find that our system is not letting you ship to your country, please e-mail us at email@example.com so that we may add your country to our shipping list.
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties. We do not know or control the amount of taxes or duties that you may need to pay. Please contact your government for more information on customs fees.
Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday (orders will also ship on Monday unless it's a Holiday). Order acknowledgment & confirmation of product availability will be provided to you via email after your order is processed along with a tracking number.
Bubbly Boutique is not to be held responsible for: Delays with UPS/USPS shipping, International Duties/Customs charges or products that are lost or damaged in the mail.
The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
Once products are marked delivered by the Post Office, you will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed. Bubbly Boutique does not cover service errors, including loss, theft, or postal/shipping issues. The customer should reach out to the shipping carrier to start an investigation for the package.
If the incorrect address is given by the customer and is deemed undeliverable or is sent back to Bubbly Boutique, the customer is responsible to pay for reshipment.
If the order is shipped with tracking information and is still within the estimated shipping time plus two business days, the customer is asked to wait for the order.
